We’re aware that there are many areas that we need to improve and/or fix, but it just takes time as we also want to continue to push new features that owners would love to have. I love the platform and really want it to be a great solution and see it succeed, but perhaps bugs getting fixed should come before shiny features.

Ever since the original AppSumo launch, think it was 3-4 months ago this issue exists. I get development takes time, but if this is how long it takes. The platform won’t have any chance of real success. I think you prioritized the premium ad membership to give <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Beam.gg">Beam.gg</a> cashflow but did that before making the product usable. I’ve been holding out on implementing Beam as I put my reputation on the line pushing this to users. Happy I also purchased the UUKI even though I like beam more. I don’t say this to be harsh, I like products I purchased on AppSumo to succeed. Perhaps consider hiring full-time developers or freelancers in India or something to speed up product development.

I have also felt that disappointment and bought another one which is mind - ****ingly good. It’s just not here yet and, to be honest, I am not that happy that i started the community on here as I feel I will have to move them.

My community has been live only 1 day and already there are complaints about a simple issue that has been reported on here before.
