We made a change and this should not happen again in the future. The reason why this happens is because when we get a high amount of bounced emails, our sending provider blocks our sending. We make sure we have strict rules in place so we don’t reduce our sending reputation which can affect how your emails are being delivered in a community member’s inbox. Thank you for your patience!

Support, I noticed that I am not getting notifications from my community. I doubled check to make sure my notifications were on and I had been getting them recently….but in the last week or two, I have not received any.Can you please fix this issue?
